About the Speaker

Nur Zuriany binti Zaki plays an essential role as a Senior Analyst at the Mobility Division of the MGTC, the primary implementing agency under the Ministry of Natural Resources, Environment, and Climate Change (NRECC). She actively engages with stakeholders, advocates for policies, gathers and analyzes data, and conducts capacity-building activities that align with the objectives set forth in the Low Carbon Mobility Blueprint (LCMB) for the period 2021 to 2030. As part of MGTC’s Mobility Division, Zuriany is actively engaged in steering efforts to promote low-carbon mobility geared towards advancing the goals outlined in the LCMB and supporting the growth of electric vehicle infrastructure in the country.

The Asian Development Bank launched the E-Mobility Support and Investment Platform for Asia and the Pacific, with the support by the Global Environment Facility (GEF) and other partners, for bringing together practitioners and to support the scale-up of e-mobility in the region. The platform aims to become a centre of knowledge for supporting a just transition towards net-zero pathways.
